Pantler's Mid-Autumn 2015

Pastry specialist Pantler has come up with their own collection of mooncakes this Mid-Autumn Festival. Handcrafted by head chef Tomoharu Morita, the snowskin mooncakes feature unique ingredients such as the low sugar white lotus with French raspberry ($58/8 pieces) and the low sugar matcha lotus and Japanese chestnut ($58/8 pieces). Baked low sugar mooncakes are also available, like the double yolk with with lotus ($56/4 pieces). To order, call, email or visit the Telok Ayer store.
