The Mother’s Day brunch at The House of Indocafe screams heritage, from the old world setting of a black-and-white colonial bungalow, to the nostalgic array of 40-strong Nyonya dishes. The selection includes classics such as ayam buah keluak, stir-fried prawns in a puckering tamarind paste, and bubur cha cha. What’s more, the matriarchs will also be presented with a box of handmade pralines that bear Peranakan flavours.
