At Lime, the whole of May is dedicated to mums – the Mother’s Day brunch is not only available on May 10, but runs on all five Sundays of the month. Set against a lush garden backdrop, the buffet offers a medley of international dishes: Nyonya laksa with slipper lobster, 65ºC soft boiled eggs and Maine lobster au gratin with truffle hollandaise sauce, pan-seared foie gras with vanilla fleur de sel, and Black Angus beef with sautéed savoy cabbage, among others. Round off the meal at the strawberry chocolate fondue fountain.
