Christine Seah, Dapper Coffee's head chef, partners with molecular gastronomy retailers, Leonard Tong and Jonathan Wee for a novel five-course degustation centred around the caffeinated bean. Uniting kitchen techniques and cutting edge ingredients, the trio will serve caramel macchiatos, espressos and cappucino in foams, smoke and flavours you didn't think you wouldn't recognise.
Only 20 seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis, but sharing of drinks are encouraged and spectators are welcome to stick around.
