Cove99's yusheng comes decked with premium ingredients such as salmon and geoduck (saltwater clam) sashimi, sliced black truffles, whole baby abalone and gold flakes ($199.90). If you don't mind scaling back, there's the option with only the salmon sashimi ($39.90) or have the geoduck ($109.90) added on with the latter. Pencai ($199/small, $388/large) and three different seven-course reunion set menus ($399-$1,399) are also available at this live seafood restaurant.
