The French-styled salon looks to the East for a classy chiffon cake that’s dressed in white chocolate with osmanthus gêlée, snow fungus and goji berry. The jasmine tea-infused mousse tier hides a layer of mango jelly for a sweet-tangy lilt, and sesame-walnut nougatine for crunchy contrast.
