With ex-Lo & Behold chef consultant, Matthew White – who also notably helped open Extra Virgin Pizza – at the wheel, you can also leave the thinking to the masters and order a spicy signature Dangerous Diego ($17), a chorizo pizza grilled in manchego and finished with roasted garlic chilli oil and sweet paprika, or a vegetarian pizza Crazy for Kale ($19) with goat cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds, cherry tomatoes and roasted squash. Burgers like the Original Alt. ($16), truffle-garlic Royale with Cheese ($18) and the barbecue sauce-dressed Shiok Burger ($18) are recent additions to the menu, which can also complement their largely American-made craft beers on draft and in the bottle.
