This fragrant bird comes with sides like turmeric rice, achar salad and gravy to really drive home the feeling of a made-in-Singapore celebration.
Elsewhere in the iconic hotel, Town Restaurant caters a Festive Sunday Champagne Brunch with free flow bubbly ($169 with alcohol, $129 with unlimited juices and soda) from November 26 to December 27, and buffets for Christmas eve ($198 with champagne), Christmas brunch ($308 with champagne) and dinner ($168 with champagne).
The Lighthouse at the crown of the hotel offers four-course dinners ($158) of luxe Italian favourites from November 27 to December 30, Christmas eve and day five-course dinners ($198 with a glass of champagne), and a semi-buffet lunch on December 25 ($198).
