Back for a second time this year, Luke Burgess, chef-owner of the defunct Garagistes from Tasmania, Australia jets into town to rally with chefs Rene Knudsen from Opus at the Hilton Singapore, and Diego Jacquet of BoCHINche to produce a six-course menu at the two restaurants.
