Golden Village GV Yishun

After a $5-million refurbishment, Golden Village Yishun has re-opened as Asia’s first green multiplex with energy-saving LED lights, energy-efficient air-conditioning systems, motion sensor lightings and water-efficient facilities in the restrooms. Following the lead of other GV cinemas, GV Yishun has also implemented the mobile ticketing service (allowing patrons to beat the queues at the box office) and the use of electronic posters. While its ten cinema halls have been retained, three are now full 3-D digital halls.
