Enter the new year with a stream of hilarious films brought you by Asian Film Archive. From Jan 7 to Feb 27, the AFA presents hahaha: a season of comedy. Expect to watch 10 light-hearted comedies across five decades and eight countries that’s sure to tickle your funny bone. Iconic shows include Pendekar Bujang Lapok (The Bachelor Warriors), a comic quadrilogy that’s produced in Singapore between 1957 – 1961, and Summer Snow, a 1995 Hong Kong film which won the Golden Horse Awards. The shows will be screened at Oldham Theatre, and tickets can be purchased here.
