Art Carnival

The Padang has been home to a whole range of events – from cricket games to National Day Parades – and now, it’s gonna get arty. The festivities take place across five tents – namely ‘Family and Community’, ‘Adversity and Conflict’, ‘Passion and Love’, ‘Rebirth and Peace’, and ‘Food and Beverage’ – where a number of workshops, installations, pop-up stalls and other activities can be enjoyed.
