Hari Shringara - Songs of Love and Lodging

This Odissi dance is based on poet Jayadevas’s 12th century romantic ballad, Gita Govinda, which explores the belief that all human kind is feminine energy (Rädhä) constantly seeking unification with a male godhead (Krishna). Part of the Singapore Indian Fine Arts Society Festival.
