And in a dedicated space near the entrance, you’ll find the beach shop, curated by Kaia Nelk of local furniture shop Studio Yono. Headed by Chef Mong Zhen Yew (previously from Osteria Mozza and Spago), the kitchen uses a special Mibrasa grill and a blend of ironbark, binchotan, and applewood to cook up smoky, yet elegant and subtly-charred dishes. We enjoy the grilled seasonal oysters (from $27 for three); wood-fired half chicken ($36); and dry-aged barramundi ($36) the most.
