H&M designer collaborations are something of an annual tradition now – and this year, the Swedish high-street retailer teams up with Kenzo, the bold and vibrant Parisian fashion house led by creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon. The Kenzo x H&M collection drops in stores November 3 and its lookbook promises a ton of fun and loud womenswear, menswear and accessories.
Just like last year’s Balmain collection, prices for Kenzo x H&M aren’t exactly high street-friendly. The most expensive piece in the womenswear range is a multi-printed tiered dress at a whopping $699, while $49.90 will get you either a pair of tiger-print mittens or three-pack printed socks. Accessories come in the form of over-the-top shades, 100 percent mulberry silk scarves, leather shopper bags emblazoned with the words ‘Kenzo’ and classic Chelsea black boots with an orange sole.
For the menswear collection, look out for bomber jackets and hoodies made with various materials such as faux fur, down, scuba and leather. Tees and jeans are equally eye-catching in bright animal prints and patterns, with snapbacks, beanies and cap scarves to match.
Kenzo x H&M is available at H&M Orchard Building and ION Orchard from Nov 3.
