Toast the Macallan 2016

This second edition celebrating the Speyside distillery is a four-day calendar of whisky samplings, and a malt-paired lunch and dinner experiences. It all kicks off on March 31 with Standard ($30) and Collectors' Privilege ($220) tasting sessions of flights of Macallan's range, with the latter group getting to go home with a bottle of the newly launched The Macallan Edition No. 1 (worth $190). The Black Swan will also serve three-course lunch ($55) and four-course dinner ($120) sets with a serve of The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old, and a flight of four bottlings at dinner time.
