Four of the city's best mixologists – Andrew Loudon from Tippling Club, Sam Wong from Mona Lounge, Ronan Keilthy from Junior and Christian Chavez from Astor Bar – are preparing a drink each inspired by the Chinese decade of decadence. Also expect oriental snacks like drunken chicken roulade, smoked pork belly on mantou and crispy chilli crab balls among other light bites.
