At Mixology Salon, you can choose between two cocktail courses. The signature tea cocktails course incorporates a variety of teas into drinks (from $72), while the Gyokuro cocktails course uses only the finest grade of green tea ($65). If you are looking to have classic tea cocktails, the menu offers gyokuro martinis ($28), sencha gin tonics ($22), and genmai negronis ($27). Those who aren’t avid drinkers can also enjoy the tea-infused mocktails, such as the sencha high ball ($18), and Gigi ($20) – a mix of matcha, coconut water, vanilla, and passion fruit for a refreshing kick.
