Led by award-winning F&B manager and mixologist As'ad Isnin (also known as Utt), the drinks menu features 22 innovative concoctions ($20 each) across seven cocktail series, all made with homemade cordials and eco-friendly practices, from using every bit of an ingredient to cutting water waste and ditching single-use plastics. Try the signature Kompliment – a butterfly pea flower gin cocktail mixed with lemon juice, violet liqueur, and chickpea brine in place of the usual egg whites. It’s spritzed with floral perfume for a fragrant finish.
On the food front, executive chef Benny Lim has crafted a menu full of sharable plates, ideal for those looking to indulge in a communal dining experience.
