Nicaraguan rum distillery Flor de Caña, which produces the world's first and only carbon-neutral and fair trade certified spirit, is holding a Sustainable Cocktail Challenge over the month of July at 11 bars across Singapore, including Smoke and Mirrors, Last Word, Manhattan, and Writers Bar.
