Circular Road gets craft beers, artisanal cheese and So-Cal Baja-influenced food thanks to Draft & Craft. The beer, which is served here on tap, include easy-drinking Stone IPA ($17) and Prairie Artisan Ales Saison ($16), and heavier Rogue Dead Guy Ale ($17) and Rochefort 6 ($15). Additionally, a bottled selection covers a wide range of styles ($12-$19). Beer and cheese pairing is a thing here; a $2 top-up gets you a wedge of artisanal cheese to accompany the beer. For more substantial bites, there are grilled cheese sandwiches ($14) with different cheese options, and slow-cooked pork shoulder ($16) and beer-battered tacos ($16).
