We’ve rounded up four of the city's finest mixologists: Andrew Loudon from Tippling Club, Sam Wong from Mona Lounge, Ronan Keilthy from Junior and Christian Chavez from Astor Bar – to prepare a cocktail each inspired by the Chinese decade of decadence. Feeling the munchies? Expect trays of crispy pork belly buns, smoked salmon rolls and crispy chilli crab balls.
