Gin specialist Cin Cin has over 100 labels of the spirit sitting behind its counter. Choosing something might feel overwhelming but its new 12-list cocktail menu will make things easier.
Try Revitalise ($22), a boozy yet healthy pick-me-up. As an ode to the many gyms and studios that are found in Tanjong Pagar, cold-pressed watermelon and lime juice comes spiked with Hendrick’s gin for a refreshingly light drink that’s great for any time of the day. Or try the Majulah Singapura ($25), a take on the Singapore Sling made with Brass Lion Distillery gin.
For something stiffer, Kyro gin-based Let’s Par-Tea ($25) comes suffused with aromatic chai tea and honey cinnamon syrup. Umami Vesper ($22) lives up to its name, packing savoury notes from seaweed and Four Pillars Olive Leaf gin.
To pair with all the botanical spirits, chow down on a series of finger food and light bites. The Fox Platter ($48) features baked meatballs topped with cheese, garlic Tiger prawns with smoked pork sausage, honey soy chicken wings, and more.
Gin enthusiasts craving for more variety can look forward to the Gin Treasury ($68) – essentially a gin buffet that runs every Saturday, offering bar-goers free-flowing access to some 50 varieties of the spirit and nine different tonics to pair. But those looking for a post-work tipple should swing by during Gin O’Clock from 5pm to 8pm every day to enjoy one-for-one house gin, wines, and Asahi beer.
