45ml of The Singleton 15 Year Old
30ml of iced peach tea
90ml of soda water

3. Top with soda water and stir gently.

Ingredients 

50ml of The Singleton
20ml of honey syrup
20ml of lemon juice
15ml of egg white
Maraschino cherry

Method

1. Add The Singleton, honey syrup, lemon juice, and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
