Taking cues from the Dutch philosopher Baruch Spinoza’s idea of ‘the poisoned body’, Spanish artist Elias Aguirre presents a solo piece that examines the essence and appearance of the human condition, and how, once it’s been poisoned in the way Adam was by the apple, it cannot return to its original state.
