Time Out says

If you're a fan of Kogei, also known as Japanese crafts, don't miss this upcoming exhibition by Kouad Kyoto –  an online platform that aims to connect Japanese craftsmen with the rest of the world.

The exhibition, titled HAMON (波紋), features seven craftsmen showcasing different types of Japanese crafts, including lacquer and leather sculptures, ceramics, textile dyeing, and modern Japanese print-making. HAMON translates to 'ripples,' symbolising how generations of craftsmen pass down their craft, revitalising these traditional arts with each new wave. Visitors will have the chance to admire these works up close in Singapore and learn more about the techniques used – methods that offer a fascinating glimpse into Japan's rich craft traditions.

HAMON will be held at two locations: with its main venue at 34 Zion Road, and a smaller showcase at Silk Tea Bar.
