Rain Festival

Grab your umbrella ella ella eh eh for this festival that’ll have you do more than just sing in the rain. This four day festival is made up of four smaller events: the Rain Movie Festival, the Rain Concert, the Rain Market and the Rain Playground. The Rain Movie Festival, taking place on the 28^th and 29^th, will feature movies screened on a rain fall outside City Hall and the Rain Concert will highlight some musicians (Zion T, Hong Dae-Kwang and more) under the rain on the 30^th and the 31^st. The Rain Market is a flea market where you can buy water-related goods and the playground will be a small area set up for splashing around like a kid. No need to check the forecast for this one y’all.
