Located in the intersection of Samgakji Station, this store is a great destination for all things festive. From hot pink colored wigs to cheap Venetian masks, Halloween costumes, stickers and hanging decorations, you’ll surely be able to find something you like. At the back of the shop is wall full of rubber balloons separated by color. If you ask the owner, she'll have them filled with helium for you. You might miss it when you walk into the store, but at the store front, there is even a small selection of fireworks! Just make sure they aren’t too old and that you fire them up in a safe area.
