This little shop located on a quiet alley between Sangsu and Hapjeong Station offers small size artworks that are full of detailed illustrations. They're highly affordable—postcards accost 1,000 won to 2,000 won while illustrations on a canvas are priced at around 10,000 won. These comforting pieces perfect for bedroom wall decoration have been created by the owner herself. Sun-young Ko, who goes by Kosun as an artist, opened up Jageungeurim here with the wish to offer a space where anyone can drop by and purchase art. Looking through her endangered species series created with watercolor, which seems like a part of a beautiful and distant dream, I was sure that the artist's wish is being granted in every bedroom of those who've visited this place.
