One can only enter this store by entering the password into the padlock (as provided on the website) or by ringing the bell—the ceremony of which makes you feel like a guest invited to a secret society meeting. Printmaker Choi Kyeong-ju and trumpeter Lee Dong-yeol are the owners, and the shop sells mats, coasters, cushions and bags that Kyeong-ju designed herself as well as objects from other artists. The careful details and colorful sentiments are wonderfully hidden in the forest of buildings in this neighborhood. Check out their schedule, which is posted on Instagram, if you want to go have a listen to Lee Dong-yeol on trumpet.
