Tailor Coffee serves very good coffee—their roasts are balanced and their cappuccinos consist of a lovely, tight microfoam. Tailor Coffee’s mission, however, is relatively humble: “It’s not the perfect espresso we’re after, but we strive to give you the satisfaction of good flavor that you can enjoy on your break time.” It's this attitude that drives their research and work for better coffee. In 2012, they started importing their beans through direct trade with farmers. They also distribute their roasts to coffee shops across Korea, so you may notice the Tailor Coffee logo around town. Trust us, it’s a good sign. Of note for smokers: their first location has a very comfortable partially covered patio with seats, tables, and outlets.
