While you may be able to see a sign for pho in almost every neighborhood, it's nearly impossible to find authentic Vietnamese cuisine here in Seoul. At Le Saigon (with locations near Kyungridan and in Itaewon), you can smell the coriander right as you walk in the door. The menu includes hard to find dishes such as banh mi, Vietnamese pork chops with rice as well as the classics such as spring rolls, pho with all the fixings and vegan and vegetarian options. Time Out's favorite dish from the restaurant? Rice vermicelli salad with charbroiled pork and an extra 1,500 won for avocado on top. While the lettuce and carrots within the dish give it a healthy, veggie feeling, the rice noodles fill you up while the fish sauce (should you choose to mix it in) gives it a refreshing zest.
