After the Enlightment period of 1876, the Modern Design Musuem has been responsible for compiling all the design-related materials to do with Korea. Over the years, the museum has collected up to 1,600 pieces of design-related documents, which they have seperated into seven sections to adorn the exhibition spaces on the second and third floor. The collection includes old photos, post cards and posters, as well as the country's first radio. Because the space is on the small side, the built-in shelves are as close to the ground as they possibly can be, so get ready to do some crouching and standing when you visit.
