2 Michelin-Starred Chef David Scabin Gala Dinner @ The Conrad Seoul

Almese, a town located in the Piedmont region of North-west Italy, is home to a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant named Combal Zero. The head chef of the restaurant has been invited to Korea for a 2-day special gala dinner at Atrio of Conrad Seoul. In celebration of the launch of Batasiolo, a premium Italian wine from the Barolo region, Scabin’s masterful menu consisted with a six course meal will each be paired with fine Batasiolo wine.
