City envy: there's a ballpit cocktail bar in San Francisco

Bars are great. So are brightly colored plastic balls. What happens when you put the two together? You get an alcoholic, adults-only ballpit paradise, that's what. One of these debuted in San Francisco a  few weeks ago, much to the delight of grown-ups-in-denial across the city. The pop-up cocktail bar allowed punters to sip on booze in a giant ball pit and get smashed while reliving the glory days of  children's playtime. The two-day event was a long time coming, because, according to the organizer Forward Motion, “The biggest obstacle was trying to raise enough money to purchase 40,000 ballpit balls” (no snickering).
