This wonderful Korean lunch counter is a Seattle favorite, serving an expansive banchan-laden lunch buffet Monday through Friday. Umma's excellent kimbap—Korean rice rolls akin to sushi—are a perennial favorite, as is its veggie-loaded japchae, or stir-fried sweet potato noodles. On Thursdays and Fridays, the restaurant serves crisp, juicy popcorn fried chicken alongside a delicious soy-based dipping sauce. Pro tip: if you bring your own container, you'll get a buck off the price of your meal. $9.95 for 28 ounces, $7.95 for 16 ounces, $5.45 for 12 ounces
