Time Out says

With our annual Hunky Jesus Contest and the growing popularity of dogs-only Easter egg hunts, it can be hard to find a traditional Easter celebration in San Francisco. Well, look no further than Union Street (between Gough and Fillmore) for a classically fun, pastel-imbued parade (begins at 2 p.m.) followed by the 27th Annual Spring Celebration, loaded with family-friendly activities and loads of tasty morsels at the ready for urban types who didn’t get the invite home this year.
