McSweeney's Summer Bash

The generous raconteurs of McSweeney’s are throwing a bash to unveil a new picture book by Dave Eggers and Tucker Nichols, and raise some funds for the renowned non-profit publishing house. Held at the delicious new outpost of Green Apple Books on the Park, guests will enjoy food and drink from local culinary all-stars including Nopalito and Mirassou Winery. There will be a raffle, obviously; and less obviously, a fog machine. Shake hands with some local literary luminaries while snagging some snacks and getting your dance on. Dancing in a bookstore? The fog machine helps.
