California Rum Fest

Tiki culture is definitely having a moment, fueled by a rum Renaissance and helmed by importers and bar owners committed to the craft. The California Rum Festival is a two day event with events targeting different audiences: Industry folk are invited to imbibe on day one from 2 to 4 p.m., with gates open to regular Joe’s for a grand tasting from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday’s Rum Bazaar sets a festive mood with creative cocktails, live island-inspired music and Tiki arts and crafts up for sale.
