XYZ (CLOSED)

Adjacent to the lobby of the W, XYZ holds fast to its austere decor and sophisticated clientele. Although the parade of chefs who have worked here is long, the kitchen has been re-energised more recently with a tempting choice of modern California fare with Provençal touches. The seasonally changing menu might include the likes of seared Sonoma duck breast or rabbit ravioli. The wine list is excellent.
