Wing Wings

This tiny storefront in the Lower Haight narrows its focus like a laser beam onto its exceptionally prepared wings: available tossed with a variety of sauces and rubs, the house specialty is always juicy and well-seasoned. We’re partial to the titular Wing Wing sauce, a sticky soy glaze enlivened by ginger and ponzu.
