Named simply the Restaurant at Meadowood, this three Michelin-starred dining mecca can be found at Meadowood Napa Valley Resort—a destination in its own right. Is it affordable? Not really. The tasting menu is more than $300 per person, the counter menu in the kitchen is $500, or you can sit at the bar for a $90, three-course meal. But is it worth it? Undoubtedly. Chef Christopher Kostow transforms pure, clean ingredients into tiny works of art, all the while focusing on drawing out the best flavors from each mustard flower, spring pea, filet of salmon or sliver of duck. Menus are personalized and change frequently. It's the perfect space for a special occasion—or if you want to treat yourself to a $300+ dinner.
