Time Out says

Xi’an is the capital of Shaanxi, in northwest China, a cuisine where lamb, noodles and Muslim influence play into the unique dishes. Terra Cotta Warrior turns out some of the region’s greats in its tiny space (note: this is a good one for takeout and Chinese New Year meals at home), like cold Mian Pi noodles in sesame sauce, cumin lamb biang biang noodles or house favorite, the lamb “burger” packed in Chinese pita bread.
