This nautical-themed, 30-year-old eatery is worth the drive. Lobster rolls are served three ways: dressed with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; “naked,” with a cup of melted butter and lemon wedges; and a rotating seasonal style, which might include avocado, inventive seasoning, even bacon. The meat is a mixture of claw and tail, stuffed into a griddled buttered (or mayo-slathered) bun, and served with house-made potato chips. Wash it all down with a glass of blueberry lemonade.
