Building on the city's claim to embrace sustainability in all facets of life, this chic, intimate restaurant endeavours to source items on its menu from no more than 100 miles away, and creating ingredients for their all-organic cocktail list in-house. Dishes are simple, tasty and elegantly plated, and include many familiar American favourites (seafood chowder, pork chops, pasta), along with more unusual choices such as sablefish. The well-chosen wine list consists of varietals from small organic and biodynamic producers.
