This SoMa restaurant is a reinvention of sorts for its popular proprietor, Loretta Keller, whose penchant for Parisian hospitality has given way to a small plate style. Mediterranean-influenced dishes prepared with organic, today-fresh ingredients range from light pizzas from a wood-fired oven to beef-cheek mole and whole fish with fennel saffron sauce. Seafood, steaks and poultry are also cooked a la plancha.
