Decedence is this multi-Michelin-starred Nob Hill restaurant's middle name. Opened in 1989, Acquarello is still pushing the boundaries of rich, seasonal Italian fare, showcasing the work of talented young chefs alongside the expertise of master chef-partner Suzette Gresham. In a dining room set with white tablecloths, soft lighting and earth tones, perfectly plated dishes showcase everything from langoustine with manderine, dandelion greens and celery to pasta with faux "foie gras," black truffle and marsala.
