The good eats just keep rolling in at SFO. Next on the roster: the Manufactory Food Hall.

A collaboration between four top Bay Area chefs—Tartine co-owners Elisabeth Prueitt and Chad Roberston, Gabriela Cámara of Cala and Pim Techamuanvivit of Kin Khao—the new food hall will open in the International Terminal this summer. The massive new collaboration will cover 3,200 square feet near boarding area A and offer hungry travelers sit-down dining options, a full bar, coffee and pastries and Bay Area products as souvenirs.

All three restaurant groups will have distinct menu options. Tartine will offer soups, salads and sandwiches on Robertson's famous bread, while the pastry counter will include morning buns, seasonal tarts and other Tartine bakery items. Cala will bring fresh masa, used to make quesadillas, breakfast tortas and tacos. Rice bowls, noodles, grilled meats come courtesy of Kin Khao's Thai cuisine.

The chefs will use Tartine Manufactory location in the Mission as ground zero for production so that fresh products can be delivered to the airport throughout the day.

Now all you need are the plane tickets.
