Friday marks the first 4/20 since recreational cannabis became legal in California, so you know the celebrations are going to be lit. Check out these weed tours, dispensary events and live concerts to have the best 4/20 possible.

Oaksterdam

At Oaksterdam University, the first cannabis college in the United States, the day starts bright and early at 10am when the university will host an open house, complete with tours of the campus, panels with industry experts and the opportunity to purchase buds from local dispensaries. At 1pm, nearby EVB Gallery opens its door for Stories from the Underground: Reflections from the Shadows, a cannabis-centric photography exhibition with pictures that portrays some of the most notable people in the cannabis history. At 7pm the after-party starts at Eli’s Mile High Club with live music and pool on the back patio.

Magic Bus

SF's colorful Magic Bus is offering a special cannabis tour of San Francisco to mark the occasion. Smoke, dance and watch historical videos in the van between stops at various local dispensaries.

Hippie Hill

The popular and historic San Francisco pot spot now has an official party. Local vendors will sell their homegrown flowers so you can share joints, discover new flavors and dance to DJ sets with friends. When the munchies hit, head to the appropriately named food court, Munchie Land.

420 Fest SF

Head to Dolores Park from 3pm to 1am on Friday for a slew of cannabis-fueled activities including ganja yoga and a weed panel. Peruse different strains and munchies from local vendors while you bask in the sun (hopefully).

Hippie Hill 2018 concert

Berner, the SF rapper behind the cannabis store Cookies, along with Juicy J, Cypress Hill are joining forces for a night of ganja-positive anthems like "Dr. Greenthumb." The concert will also feature Chronixx, Dizzy Wright and J Boog.

Harborside

The Oakland-based dispensary will open its doors from 9am to 8pm to announce the launch of their new Spring Collection of Flowers, a curated collection of 20 strains from separate harvests around the state. Artist Jason McHugh will also host an on-site exhibition including Harborside's latest posters.
