Women are making great strides in all areas of our contemporary landscape, save one — even today, in 2015, there is just one all-female Queen tribute band: The Killer Queens. This is a travesty. Support their mission to bring the music of Freddie Mercury to the world by catching this one-night-only performance at Slim’s. All talented musicians in their own right, these women bring an extra dash of showmanship to the stage, capturing all the glitter and sweat of a classic Queen performance while covering the complete classic discography. At this stop, they’ll be supported by the Jean Genies, a not-all-female Davie Bowie tribute band.
